Yes, all AI suggestions are recommendations. Store managers can accept, modify, or reject any roster suggestion. The system will learn from your adjustments to improve future recommendations.
Customer sentiment is analyzed using facial expression recognition through our Ailytics Vision AI cameras. The system detects positive, neutral, and negative expressions and aggregates this data to provide sentiment scores.
Demographics data includes age range and gender estimates from vision AI. This data is anonymized and aggregated - no personal identification or facial recognition storage is performed.
Reports can be exported from any data table or chart by clicking the Export button. Available formats include PDF, Excel, and CSV. You can also schedule automated report delivery via email in Configuration.
When predicted traffic exceeds staff capacity thresholds, the system sends alerts to store managers and regional supervisors. AI will suggest available staff who could cover the gap, considering skills and availability.
